'POWER' Season 6 Episode 2 Recap: "Damage Control"

There couldn't be no better title for this episode of 'Power' other than "Damage Control" because there were lots of it. One of Dre's crew members made a bad move that could put another hit out on Dre. Tommy made two foolish mistakes that could jeopardize his father Tony Teresi. While Tasha was looking for a comfortable place to grieve over the loss of their daughter Raina Ghost was reaching out to his ex aka mistress Angela Valdez.

Still Breathing!

So Tariq who knows Dre and Kanan are partially responsible for his sister's death still has yet to learn his lesson. On the premiere of 'Power' he gave Dre heads up about the hit on him. Dre managed to escape the hit putting Tommy and Ghost in a bad situation with the Italians. On top of that after one of his crew members went reckless killing a prominent associate Dre finds himself in for more than he could handle.

Undercover Boss!

In other news Angela believes someone knows Tariq is involved in Ray Ray's murder so she tries to tie up lose ends with an unlikely ally, Tasha St. Patrick. The problem is Valdez only joined forces to protect herself from being exposed. She knows Mak is own her like krazy glue so she's making sure she covers all her tracks. Sounds familiar!

On the flip side the only thing she is doing right is not being around Jamie aka Ghost. For the moment she's ignoring him but how long will that last?

Catch Him If You Can!

Joe Proctor may not have his job but he is going to fight tooth and nail to get it back. Mak wants Joe gone just as bad as he wants Angela's spot.  He tried to bribe Joe by telling him he would withdraw the complaint if he would give him info on a client. Joe refused which led Mak to go after Terry, St. Patrick's former lawyer with a subpoena.. Terry who never really liked Ghost in the first place did a good job at making Joe look bad calling his decisions unethical.

Ghost Revenge!

While Tasha was trying to find a place of solace to help her grieve Ghost (Omari Hardwick) was too busy trying to get in touch with Angela. After she didn't answer the first time he tried again. When she didn't respond he resulting to murder.

Ghost actions was clearly about revenge when he stabbed an innocent man to death. Would he have killed him if had spoken to Angela? Why was it so hard for Ghost to share grievance with his wife, Tasha?

Stay tuned for more 'Power' Sundays on Starz!
