Roller Coaster Riders Stranded During Power Outage At Great America

There is nothing more scary than being on a roller coaster and up in the air stuck. Over the weekend there seemed to be a power outage at Six Flags Great America in Gurnee Mills leaving riders stranded.

According to spokeswoman Katy Enrique, the incident occurred on Saturday night just two hours before the amusement park closed. She said the guests were safely unloaded from the rides.

It's a good thing the riders were safe but that could also make them and noone else get on that ride. They didn't even say which ride it was which can be dangerous!

R&B Divas LA Season 2 Recap: "Chrisette Michelle & Leela James"

On the season premiere of "R&B Divas LA" Chrisette Michelle and Leela James were introduced to the group. It's just the beginning so of course, everyone was getting along. Claudette caught up on things with Lil Mo and invited her to Puerto Rico to sing for an event. Lil Mo was hesitant at first due to what happend last season during the "Divalogues".

Chrisette Michelle is working on a new project consisting of instruments and poetry. Leela James invited the ladies to a listening session. The song she sang was a powerful song and it seemed to have touched Lil Mo the most. Lil had some one on one time with Leela in a garden nursery where she gave hints about how being in this group could be.

Michelle was preparing for her new album but she broke down when she felt pressured by her team. The "Something In My Heart" singer met with the late Don Cornelius son to assist in her suicide event. Don Cornelius was the host of one of the longest running musical shows on television called "The Soul Train". He commited suicide in 2012. In his honor his son Tony started an organization called The Don Cornelius Foundation.

Claudette brought the ladies together and invited them all to the event in Puerto Rico. The main person she thought would not want to go is Chante Moore but she was more than willing. Lil Mo was all in but she was being a bit negative when she assumed things would be like before. Yes, it's true that Dawn and Kelly Price didn't attend the "Divalogues" but that doesn't mean the other girls are the same. The only person who seems to have any issues is Lil Mo!

Leela and Chrisette just came into the season but as the season goes on we will see just how these two ladies can have an impact on the show.

Bad Girls Club Chicago Recap: "Bad News Britt"

While this season of "Bad Girls Club" is coming to a close some of the girls might not make it to the end. Not sure what happened to Britt but all of a sudden she hit a major breakdown causing her to want to end her stay early.

Britt says the life coach can't help her. She says she's a bad girl but bad girls don't try to give up. Since she couldn't fulfill her goal of fighting Jada she's now ready to go. Some of these girls have no clue what a bad girl is. Some of them will do anything to be on television. For example, Alex hasn't shown any signs of a bad girl so why is she even on the show. She should have been a replacement and Aysia too for that matter!

Redd apologized to the life coach but she still thinks she's the star of the show. It's not called "The Bad Girls Club", it's called "The Redd Show". She is truly a character and a bully.

Next week Redd is going to attack Jada again but the attention will also be focused on Jonica. The life coach is going to force her to face her issues with committing to one woman and it's not going to be pretty. If you all noticed Jonica is pretty much the only one who hasn't been caught up in any confrontations with the girls in the house. She's only had problems with Aysia when she opened her mouth but it obvious she's forgiven her.

Chicago: Simeon High School Teacher Fights To Re-Open Electricity Shop Program

On July 15th Ms. Latisa KIndred brought together former students, parents and local union electricians in a quest to help get her job back by re-opening the Electricity Shop program. Today she was a guest on the Cliff Kelly show of WVON discussing the matter at hand. Kindred is doing all she can to help save our youth and give them hope.

It was just last week when Kindred learned her position at Simeon Career Academy has been terminated. The Electricity program as well as the auto shop program was taken out the school without even notifying the parents.

During the support meeting several of Ms. Kindred's students spoke about how much of an influence their teacher had upon their lives and their careers. One of her students named Jordan Robinson said that in the beginning he wasn't a fan of Kindred because she made him work. He added that before she came going to class was like going to a party. Robinson is now a construction manager. Another student named Victor Hines who graduated this year from Simeon with a 3.6 GPA is an electrician helper with local 134 in Chicago.

Michael Veno who graduated last year from Simeon last year had no desire to be an electricians now a first year electrician apprentice.

A former female student of Kindred's told a story about she inspired three boys from her neighborhood to register for electricity classes at Coyne Institute.

Ms. Kindred is fighting to get her position back. To her this is more than just a job. For her it's not about a paycheck. Kindred began working at Simeon high school in 2007. Throughout the years she has made an impressive impact on many students lives including those who had no interest in electricity.

Jelena is the queen of playing dirty and Ahsha wanted a piece of the pie and ended up getting played. It's no doubt that Jelena is out for her and her mother but she's going to have to do more than just hacking into Jelena's email to destroy her.

Ahsha ended up sending an email about Zero hoping it would bring Jelena to her knees but instead it made things worse for Zero. Zero gave Jelena an ultimatum telling her to choose between her ex and him. Jelena heart is set on the man she only loves and that's Terrence. She would do anything to be with him and protect him even though she did some devious things to him as well.

At the end of the day neither Ahsha's nor Zero's plan didn't work. So what happens now?

Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Recap: "Release Day"

This week on "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" Kirk threw an apology party to show how sorry he was for how he treated his wife, Rasheeda. Bobby Valentino sang a song in honor of Rasheeda and Benzino apologized for his part in Kirk's spontaneous rendezvous!

Benzino brought his new boo or should I say his new wife to be to the apology party. Althea seemed to be on her best behavior in the beginning but no sooner than she went to apologize to Erica things got heated. Erica didn't approve of some of the things Althea was saying and Karlie felt she was owed an apology as well. Let's just say Benzino and Althea left the party early!

On the other side of things Momma Dee had a sit down with her son to talk to him about how he treated Erica Pinkett. Later on Erica visited Momma Dee and invited Lil Scrappy to apologize to her and hear what she had to say. Erica told the rapper how important his friendship is to her. She told him how much he hurt her when he wouldn't own up to the misleading messages he was sending her.

How many females that Scrappy has interest in is he going to call his best friends. What happened to Shay? She was his so-called bestie too and look at what happened?

Joseline reached her breaking point and decided to leave her husband for a couple days. She went to New York to see her girl K. Michelle. They caught up on some things, discussed Stevie J and then watched the sex video of Mimi and Nikko. Joseline and Michelle had a lot to say about Mimi in the video from her saggy breasts to not having a wax!

Speaking of the sex video Ariane and Erica Dixon viewed it together and Erica was not happy about it. She felt a woman of Mimi's statue should not have done such a thing. Erica was devastated because Mimi has a daughter who will see this video oneday!

Nikko and Mimi did an interview with Vlad of Vlad Tv where they were asked what made them make a sex video and Nikko said because they do it all the time and Mimi said because it's good. They were then asked Nikko knew exactly what he was doing! He released the video for monetary purposes. He didn't think about who it was going to affect because he simply didn't care! As far as Mimi is concerned she knew what she was doing as well so with that being said there is no excuse!
